Preshitalaya – Asissi Alaya
Christharaja Seva Trust began its activities initially in Badyar, later in 2009 moved its office to Ujire , both these spaces were occupied on rent. An own 3-acre property in Gumpalaje belthangadi was purchased in May 2014 through the ushering of our well-wishers and contributors. The Trust set up its office-cum residential structure and also built a beautiful Prayer Chapel. The space can accommodate upto 200 people indoor and 2500 people in the vast campus outdoors.
Wednesday Prayer
Since the Day one of its journey, the team has regularly held one day prayer in its premises. Holy Mass, Confession, Spiritual counselling and Preaching the word of God give comfort and encouragement to the numerous devotees who come every Wednesday to pray, intercede and transmit God’s love back to their homes and community.
Conventions
The outreach service of Christharaja Seva Trust comprises of organising regular one-day and three-day Retreats organised all over Karnataka and beyond. So far in the last 15 years the team has preached in Bangalore, Mangalore, Chikmagalur, Madikeri, Mysore, Mandya, shimoga and several other places.
Media Ministry
Television services of preaching the Word of God on local television has been part of services, In addition, Christharaja Trust is shortly launching a full-fledged Youtube channel. Antharangada Ale kannada Monthly bulletin is printed from the last 14 years for readers.
Assisi Alaya Bhavan
Construction work of an Bhavan for housing the aged, sick, poor and destitutes has begun with the support of donors and funds collected which is heading to be completed soon with the continued support of the members in the ministry. The aim is to reach out the the lost, homeless, sick, addicts & destitutes. Food, clothing, shelter, good medical support along with Spiritual upliftment is the main objective of the Bhavan.
